The building may be a restored Tudor hall, a rebuilt Georgian manor or a refurbished Victorian villa with facilities including a restaurant, bar bistro, lounge, a health and wellbeing centre, treatment rooms and a swimming pool. A rental option is only available on properties at Audley Nightingale Place. We also offer an option to rent before you buy (for up to 12 months) at Audley Nightingale Place and at Audley Shiplake Meadows.
At all other Audley villages, you own your home and are free to sell at any time on the open market.
If you wish to buy an Audley property but need a little longer to sell your existing home, the village may be able to offer a short term rent to buy option to enable you to move in sooner. This is subject to the lease term, property chosen and eligibility criteria.
