MORE ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Pilates – Beginners & Intermediate
Working together, we aim to improve core stability, improve balance and general fitness with a focus on reducing accidents with balance enhancing exercise. Two levels of classes, for those who are completely new to Pilates and those who are more experienced. Pilates also helps to improve abilities in other sports too, such as Tennis, Golf and Running. Everything comes from a strong core.
Supervised Gym Training
121 sessions available (pre-bookable) to complete your own workout programme with trainer supervision. A good opportunity to ask questions about your workout and refresh your induction knowledge. A chance to try new pieces of equipment. A fully equipped gym, with equipment to suit all fitness needs.
Owners' Family Swim
A swimming session for Owners and their families to enjoy together.
Strength and Conditioning (Intensity level M/H)
A circuit style class, focussing on strength and conditioning movements. Building overall body strength, improving muscle mass and stamina.
Sit Fit – Chair Based Exercise – GENTLE - (Intensity level L/M)
A chair-based class including seated exercise to provide mobility as its focus but also stability whilst working on building muscular strength and stamina of the upper and lower body through gentle movements of the upper body.
Sit Fit – Chair Based Exercise – STRENGTH - (Intensity level M/H)
A chair-based class including seated exercise to provide strength as its focus but also stability whilst working on building muscular strength and stamina of the upper and lower body. Using weights for resistance, focussing on building upper body strength to improve posture.
Aqua based Exercise (Intensity level M/H)
A class in the pool, the water providing support and resistance to all movements a valuable tool.
